Burner Ignition Controller
1995-V1.00
The burner ignition control card is designed to ensure the complete combustion of fuel by mixing it with air at an optimum rate under control. The fuel in gas burners is controlled with the help of fuel solenoid valves and regulators. The high voltage transformer that creates the spark required for the first ignition also operates with electric energy. The fuel that comes from the fuel line to the ignition head is homogeneously mixed with the air blown to the combustion head with the help of the fan in the burner main body and is ignited through a special turbulence system. The burner ignition control card ensures the safe and efficient combustion of the burner with the appropriate duration and steps of Pre-Purge, ignition time, flame control, fuel amount, and On/Off, gradual, or proportional safe burning of the burner. The fuel and air mixtures are precisely adjusted by entering the parameters from the computer interface to obtain an efficient mixture and achieve safe and efficient combustion. We also offer instant updating, development, and customization options according to your needs with our expert team and experiences in this field.
